Product Success Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Success Consultant (Contract) to support the Influencer product and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding and implementation for the Influencer product
• Partner with internal teams to ensure effective implementation plans and monitor customer engagement
• Provide expert-level support and serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in collegiate athletics, with exposure to NIL, operations, compliance, or athlete development
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with NIL strategy implementation for student-athletes
• Strong familiarity with the collegiate NIL landscape and stakeholder ecosystem
• Previous experience in account management, customer success, training, or SaaS consulting
• Knowledge of NIL technology is highly preferred
