Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Supervisor Analyst - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote team and department objectives to meet or exceed performance metrics
• Manage deliverables and perform quality assurance through call audits and presentations
• Analyze and prioritize business requirements for technical projects and improve customer satisfaction through outreach campaigns

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Familiarity with computer systems and ability to learn new software
• Ability to work full-time with flexibility for an 8-hour shift
• Mandatory overtime may be required during peak seasons
