Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Analyst to provide exceptional customer support and technical assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat to resolve technical issues
  • Collaborate with customers to identify challenges and provide effective solutions
  • Document knowledge gained from troubleshooting in the knowledge management system
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in technical troubleshooting in a B2C or B2B environment
  • 1+ year of experience in delivering software support
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience with relational databases (SQL Server)
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate software-related concepts
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills for problem resolution
