Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and resolve technical support tickets related to the Texas Student Data System (TSDS)
  • Design and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) plans, documenting defects and coordinating with teams for resolution
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for end users, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards
Required Qualifications
  • 8 years of experience with the Texas Student Data System (TSDS) at the LEA/vendor level
  • 8 years of experience in customer service
  • 8 years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • 8 years of experience in training and supporting team members
  • Preferred experience in software documentation and technical writing
