Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Execute triaging of incoming tickets and identify billable work
- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshoot customer issues
- Contribute to knowledge base and assist with root-cause analysis of incidents
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years in a support, development, or consultancy environment
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in SQL and web-based troubleshooting tools
- Ability to learn insurance workflows and SaaS products quickly
- Willingness to work outside normal business hours, weekends, and holidays
