Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Support Analyst to provide technical software support to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, replicate, and analyze incoming software application support requests from clients
- Investigate software application issues and collaborate with team members to resolve them
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products and oversee assigned support cases
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a software support capacity for a SaaS company or similar
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and one or more programming languages, as well as basic SQL knowledge
- Ability to work independently and creatively in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to work one weekend day and participate in rotating after-hours on-call
- A passion for live events and software support
