Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Analyst to provide technical software support to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, replicate, and analyze incoming software application support requests from clients
  • Investigate software application issues and collaborate with team members to resolve them
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products and oversee assigned support cases
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a software support capacity for a SaaS company or similar
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and one or more programming languages, as well as basic SQL knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and creatively in a dynamic environment
  • Willingness to work one weekend day and participate in rotating after-hours on-call
  • A passion for live events and software support
