Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Triage incoming tickets, identify billable work, and update workflow systems
- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshoot customer issues using SQL and web-based tools
- Execute data maintenance scripts and contribute to knowledge base articles
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in product support, development, or consultancy
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in SQL and web-based troubleshooting tools
- Ability to learn insurance workflows and SaaS products quickly
- Flexibility to work outside normal business hours, including weekends and holidays
