Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage incoming tickets, identify billable work, and update workflow systems

Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in product support, development, or consultancy
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in SQL and web-based troubleshooting tools
  • Ability to learn insurance workflows and SaaS products quickly
  • Flexibility to work outside normal business hours, including weekends and holidays
