Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support and Configuration Analyst focused on Warehouse Lending Solutions in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support for Warehouse Financing business
• Analyze operational procedures and suggest solutions to meet client needs
• Manage warehouse financing configuration tasks and maintain client communication

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of relevant industry experience, preferably at an Analyst level
• Knowledge of Warehouse Financing Solutions and ProMerit technology platform
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and related software
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to changes
