Job Summary

Supporting a critical front-end application for coverage and eligibility verification, the full-time remote Product Support Analyst will manage business rule configurations, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance revenue cycle processes.

Key responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret automated real-time eligibility (RTE) responses to determine coverage and authorization outcomes
  • Perform root-cause analysis on coverage, eligibility, and business rule issues, ensuring timely resolution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and operations, to support client implementations and ongoing business needs
Required qualifications:
  • Experience with real-time eligibility (RTE) and the ability to interpret automated eligibility responses
  • Knowledge of medical insurance coverage logic and its impact on the revenue cycle
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and data analysis
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or ServiceDesk
  • Strong analytical skills with an independent problem-solving ability
