Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Support Associate to provide technical assistance to users.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and efficient support to users experiencing product issues
- Investigate and troubleshoot software and platform-related problems reported by users
- Document issues and resolutions within the product support ticketing system
Required Qualifications
- Associates or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to work from 9 am to 6 pm PST
- Quick learner with a strong interest in mastering new technologies
- Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to participate in after-hours or weekend support as needed
