Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Associate to provide technical assistance to users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and efficient support to users experiencing product issues
  • Investigate and troubleshoot software and platform-related problems reported by users
  • Document issues and resolutions within the product support ticketing system
Required Qualifications
  • Associates or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work from 9 am to 6 pm PST
  • Quick learner with a strong interest in mastering new technologies
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to participate in after-hours or weekend support as needed
