Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Support Senior Associate to provide technical and customer assistance to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients on complex technical issues related to RightPro products and services
- Respond to client inquiries within the service level agreement timeframe
- Diagnose and resolve problems related to RightPro products while documenting case histories and metrics
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of MAC and Windows operating systems
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Minimum of 2 years of SEC filing experience
- At least 2 years of practical working experience in software/application support
- Conceptual understanding of databases, XML, and Quality Assurance processes
