Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Senior Associate to provide technical and customer assistance to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients on complex technical issues related to RightPro products and services
  • Respond to client inquiries within the service level agreement timeframe
  • Diagnose and resolve problems related to RightPro products while documenting case histories and metrics


Required Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of MAC and Windows operating systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Minimum of 2 years of SEC filing experience
  • At least 2 years of practical working experience in software/application support
  • Conceptual understanding of databases, XML, and Quality Assurance processes
