Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Associate to provide technical and customer assistance to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support and resolve data and formatting issues for clients
  • Configure systems/templates for new clients and train them on system functionality
  • Assist with version upgrades and UAT testing, providing feedback on product enhancements
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5-6 years of relevant administrative or operational support experience
  • Advanced knowledge of technology, including MS Office or MAC Word
  • May possess additional education certification related to the role
  • Experience in overseeing junior staff or auditing work for accuracy
