Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Support Associate to provide technical and customer assistance to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support and resolve data and formatting issues for clients
- Configure systems/templates for new clients and train them on system functionality
- Assist with version upgrades and UAT testing, providing feedback on product enhancements
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5-6 years of relevant administrative or operational support experience
- Advanced knowledge of technology, including MS Office or MAC Word
- May possess additional education certification related to the role
- Experience in overseeing junior staff or auditing work for accuracy
