Job Summary
Product Support Associate, who will work full-time to assist brands with support requests, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to product improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound support requests from brands, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases to senior teams as needed
- Document product issues, recurring trends, and user feedback while contributing to support resources
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-2 years in customer support, product operations, or related roles
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Zoom
- Eagerness to learn new systems like Zendesk, Intercom, or Jira
- Experience in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment is a plus
