Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Support Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide solutions to customer issues and act as a liaison between internal teams and customers
- Deliver a world-class customer experience by empowering creators to get the most out of the platform
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to report customer feedback and insights
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of high-volume email/live chat support experience, preferably in SaaS
- High level of technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Curiosity for learning and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of helpdesk tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or Intercom
- Prior experience with technical troubleshooting is a plus
