Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Associate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide solutions to customer issues and act as a liaison between internal teams and customers
  • Deliver a world-class customer experience by empowering creators to get the most out of the platform
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to report customer feedback and insights
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of high-volume email/live chat support experience, preferably in SaaS
  • High level of technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new technologies
  • Curiosity for learning and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of helpdesk tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or Intercom
  • Prior experience with technical troubleshooting is a plus
