Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high level customer support through email, phone, and live chat
  • Triage and escalate client issues in a timely manner
  • Liaise with product, development, and support teams to resolve advanced issues and communicate updates

Required Qualifications:
  • 3 years of customer service experience
  • 2 years of technical support experience
  • Experience working with Anthology products
  • Experience training or mentoring colleagues and/or customers
  • Ability to understand and assist high-level university administrators and faculty
