Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Support Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high level customer support through email, phone, and live chat
- Triage and escalate client issues in a timely manner
- Liaise with product, development, and support teams to resolve advanced issues and communicate updates
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of customer service experience
- 2 years of technical support experience
- Experience working with Anthology products
- Experience training or mentoring colleagues and/or customers
- Ability to understand and assist high-level university administrators and faculty
