Job Summary

Onboard and train clients on the staking process and services
Provide technical support and troubleshoot client inquiries related to staking

Required Qualifications

3+ years of technical customer support experience in a B2B software company
Proven experience with API troubleshooting and software implementation
1+ year of experience in web3, blockchain, and cryptocurrency
Experience with Postman or another API testing tool
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
