Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Onboard and train business clients on the staking process and services
Provide technical support by addressing client inquiries and troubleshooting issues

Required Qualifications

2+ years of technical customer support experience in a B2B software company
Proven experience with API troubleshooting and software implementation
Experience with Postman or another API testing tool
1+ year of experience in web3, blockchain, and cryptocurrency
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
