Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with complex technical products via phone or electronic communications
  • Provide guidance on product functionality, system configurations, and recommend solutions to known problems
  • Document issues clearly and support implementation of hotfixes and patches to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant field; or equivalent experience
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in a customer support role for network and data security products
  • Good understanding of Active Directory, LDAP, and networking protocols
  • Experience with databases such as MSSQL, Oracle, and MySQL
  • Hands-on experience with scripting and automation using languages like bash or Python
