Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Support Engineer who will assist in deploying, implementing, upgrading, and optimizing the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide post-sales technical support, configurations, troubleshooting, and best practices to customers
- Handle support cases to ensure timely resolution and follow-ups
- Diagnose technical issues using fault isolation and root cause analysis skills
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in a support organization
- Strong technical experience with Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, and Python
- Familiarity with HSM and KMS in cloud environments
- Understanding of various crypto interfaces and KMS interfaces
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment
