Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Engineer who will assist in deploying, implementing, upgrading, and optimizing the platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide post-sales technical support, configurations, troubleshooting, and best practices to customers
  • Handle support cases to ensure timely resolution and follow-ups
  • Diagnose technical issues using fault isolation and root cause analysis skills
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in a support organization
  • Strong technical experience with Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, and Python
  • Familiarity with HSM and KMS in cloud environments
  • Understanding of various crypto interfaces and KMS interfaces
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment
