Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Support Engineer to analyze and solve engineering problems related to control systems at customer locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support product functions and troubleshoot control systems for customer issues, both remotely and on-site
- Diagnose and resolve software and engineering problems, working independently and collaboratively
- Lead team assignments and provide instruction to customers and internal teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field, or relevant experience in lieu of education
- Minimum of two (2) years of related experience
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
