Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Engineer (NAM).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional engagement and support for customers' initial contact with the Global Customer Support team
  • Manage customer expectations and resolve technical issues related to products through virtual meetings, chat, and email
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide customer feedback for feature identification
Required Qualifications
  • 3-4 years of work experience with 1-2 years of customer-facing experience
  • Knowledge of programming and scripting languages such as Java, React, Groovy, and JavaScript
  • Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Experience with cloud-based software applications, including installation and troubleshooting
  • Demonstrated ability to explain technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences
