Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Support Engineer - SaaS.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve issues reported by enterprise customers
- Maintain relationships with customers and internal teams while providing regular status updates
- Analyze complex customer problems and escalate priority issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Customer Support Engineer
- Relevant technical experience in Networking and Linux system administration
- Understanding of networking standards such as DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and HTTP
- Experience with SaaS-based products
- Familiarity with networking tools (e.g., Wireshark) is preferred
