Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Engineer - SaaS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve issues reported by enterprise customers
  • Maintain relationships with customers and internal teams while providing regular status updates
  • Analyze complex customer problems and escalate priority issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Customer Support Engineer
  • Relevant technical experience in Networking and Linux system administration
  • Understanding of networking standards such as DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and HTTP
  • Experience with SaaS-based products
  • Familiarity with networking tools (e.g., Wireshark) is preferred
