Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Engineer to serve as a technical advisor to enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues reported by enterprise customers
  • Maintain relationships with customers and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide regular updates on customer status and escalate issues as needed
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical customer support role
  • Strong hands-on experience with networking concepts and troubleshooting
  • Solid experience in Linux system administration
  • Understanding of networking standards and protocols (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, HTTP)
  • Experience with SaaS-based products and networking tools (e.g., Wireshark)
