Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Support Engineer to serve as a technical advisor to enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve technical issues reported by enterprise customers
- Maintain relationships with customers and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide regular updates on customer status and escalate issues as needed
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a technical customer support role
- Strong hands-on experience with networking concepts and troubleshooting
- Solid experience in Linux system administration
- Understanding of networking standards and protocols (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, HTTP)
- Experience with SaaS-based products and networking tools (e.g., Wireshark)
