Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time remote Product Support Engineer will diagnose and resolve technical issues, assist with system integrations, and collaborate with engineering teams to enhance product functionality and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a deep technical understanding of the company's systems to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Leverage expertise in integration frameworks to address complex integration challenges and recommend product enhancements
- Create and maintain documentation of support processes and solutions to improve the knowledge base
Required qualifications
- Strong understanding of software applications and API integrations
