Job Summary
Bridging the gap between customers and engineering, the full-time remote Product Support Engineer will diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, write code to fix bugs, and build internal tools to enhance customer success operations.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex product and workflow issues escalated via various channels
- Write code and submit pull requests to fix customer bugs and improve error handling
- Design and build internal tooling to optimize Customer Success operations
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years in Product Support Engineering, Technical Support, or a similar technical customer-facing role
- Strong coding skills in at least one modern programming language, preferably JavaScript/TypeScript or Python
- Experience debugging web applications and understanding authentication flows and cloud-based architectures
- Proficiency in using monitoring tools and server logs to identify root causes
- Exceptional written communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
