Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in computer science
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on customer support
- 3+ years of experience managing customer support teams and achieving service KPIs
- 3+ years of experience in software (SaaS and OnPrem)
- Demonstrated ability for personal and professional growth
