Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on customer support
  • 3+ years of experience managing customer support teams and achieving service KPIs
  • 3+ years of experience in software (SaaS and OnPrem)
  • Demonstrated ability for personal and professional growth
