Job Summary
Leading a remote team, the full-time Product Support Manager will hire and coach Support Specialists, resolve customer issues, and analyze support data to enhance the customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Hire, onboard, and ramp Support Specialists to productivity quickly
- Coach team members to meet performance metrics and celebrate successes
- Analyze support data to identify trends and collaborate with product teams on customer feedback
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of people management experience in customer or technical support
- Strong leadership skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Experience in coaching and career development
- Operationally savvy with a data-driven approach
- Understanding of technical products, including troubleshooting skills
