Job Summary
To enhance dealer success, the full-time Product Support Operations Coordinator will engage in dealer resolutions, provide support for the Dealer Navigator platform, and manage billing inquiries while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end billing support and Dealer Navigator product assistance through call and chat interactions
- Establish relationships with EDS vendors and ensure compliance with departmental standards to improve customer satisfaction
- Investigate issues, apply sound judgment to mitigate product defects, and participate in special projects as needed
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial industry
- At least 1 year of experience using Google Sheets
- Ability to work in a secure home office environment with reliable internet access
