Job Summary

To enhance dealer success, the full-time Product Support Operations Coordinator will engage in dealer resolutions, provide support for the Dealer Navigator platform, and manage billing inquiries while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute end-to-end billing support and Dealer Navigator product assistance through call and chat interactions
  • Establish relationships with EDS vendors and ensure compliance with departmental standards to improve customer satisfaction
  • Investigate issues, apply sound judgment to mitigate product defects, and participate in special projects as needed
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial industry
  • At least 1 year of experience using Google Sheets
  • Ability to work in a secure home office environment with reliable internet access
