Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support/QA Specialist to ensure the accuracy and quality of product offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research to identify and validate prior authorization (PA) forms for relevant products
  • Build and maintain digital assets, including electronic prior authorization forms and correspondence materials
  • Test system modifications and document software defects for developers
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Solid understanding of prescription drug reimbursement processes and prior authorization requirements
  • Basic knowledge of prescription drugs, including administration methods and classifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and web-based platforms
  • Prior experience in Specialty Pharmacy or Managed Care with knowledge of specialty medications
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field is preferred
