Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients and ensure their needs are met
  • Route or answer all incoming communication from customers and clients
  • Maintain the student database and stay updated on course offerings and certification track changes
Required Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent training and experience
  • Previous experience (1+ years) in a Product Support or Customer Service role
  • In-depth understanding of Customer Service tools
  • Good knowledge of Windows Platforms and eCommerce/Web platforms
  • Typing speed of at least 40 wpm
