Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Representative Tier II to provide technical support and compliance documentation for government contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and resolve complex software issues within Windows Virtual Desktop environments
  • Proactively gather and store technical artifacts to support audits
  • Manage the full lifecycle of support requests via ticket systems to ensure high customer satisfaction
Qualifications
  • 1-4 years in an IT Service Desk, Windows Administration, or Technical Support role
  • Deep familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Windows Server
  • Experience with CMMC, NIST 800-171, or SOC2 frameworks
  • Experience with Linux command line or basic administration is a plus
  • Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Microsoft SC-900, or Linux+ are preferred
