Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Support Representative Tier II.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex software issues within Windows Virtual Desktop environments
- Proactively gather, label, and store technical artifacts to support audits
- Manage the full lifecycle of support requests via ticket systems, ensuring high customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- 1-4 years in an IT Service Desk, Windows Administration, or Technical Support role
- Deep familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Windows Server
- Experience with CMMC, NIST 800-171, or SOC2 frameworks
- Experience with Linux command line or shell scripting is a plus
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
