Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Implementation and Operations teams on new client onboarding
  • Provide support on product-related issues to Operations staff
  • Assist with testing on Product team enhancements and deployments

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Familiarity with claims and IT systems
  • Strong computer proficiency with MS Office applications
  • Experience writing business requirements and managing projects
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills
