Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document interactions with customers and provide timely and accurate answers
  • Troubleshoot software, hardware, networks, and systems with colleagues
  • Write technical documentation, recommend changes for software system performance, and work with other departments

Required Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Radio industry and recent experience in Radio, IT, or Engineering environment
  • Fundamentally sound knowledge of radio technologies, networking technologies, and Microsoft Windows
  • Experience with broadcast software such as GSelector, Zetta, or NexGen is highly desirable
  • Prior Customer Service experience is preferred
  • Ability to work alternate schedules and bilingual English/Spanish abilities are a plus
