Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Support Specialist to provide enterprise-level assistance to compliance experts and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues while collaborating with internal engineering teams
- Create and maintain Help Center documentation and customer-facing articles
- Assist customers with technical questions and manage data transfer for inactive clients
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a product support role
- Experience creating training materials and leading training sessions
- Technical competence with Gsuite and web tools
- Familiarity with Jira and Jira Service Desk or equivalent
- Experience with Datadog is a bonus
