Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Specialist to provide enterprise-level assistance to compliance experts and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues while collaborating with internal engineering teams
  • Create and maintain Help Center documentation and customer-facing articles
  • Assist customers with technical questions and manage data transfer for inactive clients

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a product support role
  • Experience creating training materials and leading training sessions
  • Technical competence with Gsuite and web tools
  • Familiarity with Jira and Jira Service Desk or equivalent
  • Experience with Datadog is a bonus
