Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Specialist to join their User Success team in a remote part-time role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high-volume ticketing, troubleshoot issues, and create bug reports
  • Provide proactive updates to users on reported issues and track their status
  • Suggest updates to Help Center content and follow up on long-standing tickets
Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability in a technical support role
  • Experience with mobile and web platforms
  • Previous experience with a ticketing system (preferably Zendesk)
  • Experience writing queries using SQL is a plus
  • Passion for climate tech and the DERMs space
