Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Specialist to join their User Success team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high-volume ticketing, troubleshooting, and creating bug reports
  • Track and validate reported issues, providing proactive updates to users
  • Submit suggestions for Help Center content updates and follow up on long-standing tickets
Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability in a customer-facing role, preferably in technical support
  • Experience with ticketing systems is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Well-rounded technical proficiency with mobile and web platforms
  • Passion for climate tech and the DERMs space is a plus
