Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Specialist II to provide high-quality support for cloud-based applications and hardware.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide client support for Technology Solutions products/services via various communication channels, handling both Tier I and Tier II support
  • Analyze and resolve support issues independently, following proper troubleshooting steps and escalation procedures
  • Conduct ticket reviews, provide coaching to Tier I team members, and maintain support documentation
Required Qualifications
  • High School Graduate or GED; Associate's Degree in a computer-related field preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in an application or mobile support role
  • Proficient in using a PC and navigating multiple systems and applications
  • Commitment to providing outstanding client service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
