Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Specialist to provide customer support and liaise with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support via email, chat, or ticket system, troubleshooting complex issues
  • Develop an understanding of customer processes and clinical research workflows to effectively assist customers
  • Act as a liaison between customers and product teams, advocating for customer needs and tracking suggestions for software enhancements
Required Qualifications
  • Associates Degree or higher required
  • 3+ years of experience in technical customer support
  • Ability to perform complex, multi-step SaaS troubleshooting
  • Experience in customer support for technology/software or research/healthcare industries preferred
  • Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
