Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Specialist to provide timely support and solutions to software users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Classify, document, and resolve customer support inquiries while maintaining responsibility for support tickets until resolution
  • Configure and troubleshoot software solutions according to customer specifications and industry best practices
  • Provide phone and email support, including after hours, and participate in customer experience projects
Required Qualifications
  • Associates or bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in customer support/service or technical support/software analysis (1-2 years)
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting complex software issues
  • Familiarity with relational databases and SQL fundamentals
  • Strong time management skills and adaptability
  • Proficiency in MS Office products, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
