Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Support Specialist to join their Central Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of chat and email support inquiries with empathy and clarity
- Host live sessions for platform walkthroughs, troubleshooting, and campaign assistance
- Partner cross-functionally to resolve issues and contribute to internal documentation
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support, product support, or technical support (SaaS preferred)
- Experience using support platforms such as Zendesk or Intercom
- Comfort working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
- Familiarity with bug-tracking systems such as Jira is a plus
- Experience supporting B2B software or enterprise clients is a plus
