Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Specialist to join their Central Operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of chat and email support inquiries with empathy and clarity
  • Host live sessions for platform walkthroughs, troubleshooting, and campaign assistance
  • Partner cross-functionally to resolve issues and contribute to internal documentation
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer support, product support, or technical support (SaaS preferred)
  • Experience using support platforms such as Zendesk or Intercom
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
  • Familiarity with bug-tracking systems such as Jira is a plus
  • Experience supporting B2B software or enterprise clients is a plus
