Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Support Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities
- Become proficient in core applications and customer processes to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer queries
- Facilitate communication across teams and serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams
- Document customer interactions and maintain support process documents and SOPs
Required Qualifications
- High school degree
- 1-3 years of experience providing product/customer support
- Demonstrated technical/troubleshooting knowledge and skills
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is preferred
- Previous experience within the software industry or clinical research is a plus
