Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Become proficient in core applications and customer processes to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer queries
  • Facilitate communication across teams and serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams
  • Document customer interactions and maintain support process documents and SOPs
Required Qualifications
  • High school degree
  • 1-3 years of experience providing product/customer support
  • Demonstrated technical/troubleshooting knowledge and skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is preferred
  • Previous experience within the software industry or clinical research is a plus
