Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Support Specialist to join their Product Support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the initial point of contact for customer and internal stakeholder inquiries via Zendesk
- Troubleshoot and provide follow-up on incoming technical issues
- Monitor and direct unresolved issues to appropriate support personnel while enhancing the company knowledge base
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in Product Support, Help Desk, or Technical Customer Success in a SaaS environment
- Advanced experience in Excel functions such as formulas, Vlookup, and Pivot Table
- Experience troubleshooting advanced technical problems in a dynamic environment
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate customer needs and suggest improvements
- Understanding of the software development life cycle and familiarity with Agile methodologies
