Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Specialist to join their Product Support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the initial point of contact for customer and internal stakeholder inquiries via Zendesk
  • Troubleshoot and provide follow-up on incoming technical issues
  • Monitor and direct unresolved issues to appropriate support personnel while enhancing the company knowledge base
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in Product Support, Help Desk, or Technical Customer Success in a SaaS environment
  • Advanced experience in Excel functions such as formulas, Vlookup, and Pivot Table
  • Experience troubleshooting advanced technical problems in a dynamic environment
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate customer needs and suggest improvements
  • Understanding of the software development life cycle and familiarity with Agile methodologies
