Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Specialist - Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and resolve escalated technical issues related to SaaS applications
  • Collaborate with Tier 1 support teams to provide guidance and training
  • Work closely with product and development teams to identify and address recurring software bugs
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience supporting SaaS products, preferably in B2B environments
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills in SaaS environments
  • Experience with cloud-based applications, APIs, and system integrations
  • Prior experience with ticketing systems and CRM platforms
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent; College Degree Preferred
