Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve escalated technical issues related to SaaS applications
- Collaborate with Tier 1 support teams to provide guidance and training
- Work closely with product and development teams to identify and address recurring software bugs
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience supporting SaaS products, preferably in B2B environments
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills in SaaS environments
- Experience with cloud-based applications, APIs, and system integrations
- Prior experience with ticketing systems and CRM platforms
- High School Diploma or Equivalent; College Degree Preferred
