Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support and Enablement Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to internal and external users, resolving issues and escalating when necessary
  • Create and conduct department-specific employee training and develop educational resources
  • Assist in generating reports and promote data accuracy within applications
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in a product support or training role
  • Strong understanding of user management principles and access control procedures
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Familiarity with insurance industry terminology and processes is a plus
