Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Specialist Tier 1.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide front-line support to customers across various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, installation issues, warranty claims, and general product information
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions while ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns
Qualifications & Requirements
  • High school diploma is required
  • Minimum 1+ years of customer service, hospitality, technical support, or related work experience is required; 2-5 years preferred
  • Experience with CRM systems is preferred
  • Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays
