Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Support Specialist Tier 1.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-line support to customers across various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media
- Assist customers with product inquiries, installation issues, warranty claims, and general product information
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions while ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma is required
- Minimum 1+ years of customer service, hospitality, technical support, or related work experience is required; 2-5 years preferred
- Experience with CRM systems is preferred
- Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays
