Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound inquiries from Houzz professionals and provide superior customer service
  • Assist with software-related questions, subscription management, and advertising inquiries
  • Maintain performance metrics and escalate cases to appropriate teams as needed
Required Qualifications
  • 6 months to 2 years of technical and/or subscription-based support experience
  • Customer service experience with a focus on software engagement
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to conduct virtual presentations
  • Organizational skills to manage a high volume of requests
  • Team-oriented mindset with a history of high achievement
