Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries from Houzz professionals and provide superior customer service
- Assist with software-related questions, subscription management, and advertising inquiries
- Maintain performance metrics and escalate cases to appropriate teams as needed
Required Qualifications
- 6 months to 2 years of technical and/or subscription-based support experience
- Customer service experience with a focus on software engagement
- Tech-savvy with the ability to conduct virtual presentations
- Organizational skills to manage a high volume of requests
- Team-oriented mindset with a history of high achievement
