Job Summary

Product Support Specialist, a full-time role responsible for implementing integrated products and providing exceptional customer care while building relationships and ensuring clients maximize the value of the products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement Lighthouse's integrated products and provide end-user customer care
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries submitted via chat or email efficiently
  • Educate users to enhance their experience with Lighthouse products and collaborate with internal teams for seamless customer journeys
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably with a technical background
  • Tech-savvy and proficient with modern support tools and software
  • Background in the hotel industry or knowledge of revenue management principles is a plus
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Proficiency in any additional language is advantageous
