Job Summary
Product Support Specialist, a full-time role responsible for implementing integrated products and providing exceptional customer care while building relationships and ensuring clients maximize the value of the products.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement Lighthouse's integrated products and provide end-user customer care
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries submitted via chat or email efficiently
- Educate users to enhance their experience with Lighthouse products and collaborate with internal teams for seamless customer journeys
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably with a technical background
- Tech-savvy and proficient with modern support tools and software
- Background in the hotel industry or knowledge of revenue management principles is a plus
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Proficiency in any additional language is advantageous
