Job Summary

Product Support Specialist provides full-time technical and customer assistance to clients regarding the implementation and configuration of proprietary document solutions, focusing on resolving complex issues related to various products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients on complex technical issues related to ActiveDisclosure products and services
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve problems while providing timely responses to client inquiries
  • Document and track case histories and assist with special projects and technical research
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in software/application support, preferably with SaaS applications
  • Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows operating systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
  • Familiarity with Agile development practices
  • Background in Financial Services is a plus, with training provided for the right candidate
