Job Summary
Seeking a proactive and self-directed Product Support Specialist for the New Innovations platform, who will engage with customers to address technical needs, provide training on software solutions, and develop product support documentation, all while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers to provide technical support and training on the New Innovations software suite
- Develop and maintain technical marketing tools, including product documentation and training materials
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance product design, development, and launch processes
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Education, Customer Service, Account Management, or Sales
- Strong public speaking skills with experience presenting to large audiences
- Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences and personalities
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as needed
- Experience with technical documentation and training material development
